At BORTEX GLOBALL LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you appropriately.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bortexgloball@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods,
- Personalized items,
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
- If rejected, we will inform you of the reason.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at bortexgloball@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For items over $100, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service,
- Purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
