PURCHASE POLICIES

The User may only purchase products that are available for sale on the Portal and whose details appear in our online store.

Order Process:

  1. The User selects the desired products, which are added to the shopping cart.
  2. The User can review and modify their order before proceeding.
  3. To finalize the order, the User must click "COMPLETE ORDER" and provide the required details, including personal and shipping information.
  4. The User selects the preferred payment method and completes the transaction.

The User must ensure that the shipping address details are correct, as BORTEX GLOBALL LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

Orders are shipped based on the details provided at checkout. Our system does not allow modifications after the order has been placed, so we encourage Users to review orders carefully before confirming.

Once payment is confirmed, the order will be shipped to the provided delivery address.

If the User requires an invoice, they must email bortexgloball@gmail.com with their tax information and order number within 24 hours of placing the order. Invoices cannot be issued after this time.
